About The Position

This entry-level, part-time position supports a customer’s supply chain and helps improve the performance of the onsite business. The role provides a foundation in customer relationship management and operations. A flexible schedule may be available after onboarding and training and upon meeting performance goals. The position is based at an in-plant store in Trenton, Maine, and is scheduled for up to 28 hours per week.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old due to the nature of the work.
Possess or be working toward a degree in Supply Chain/Operations Management, or have equivalent industry experience and knowledge of the local market.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proficient computer skills.
Strong math aptitude, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.
Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented.
Comfortable in a sales-oriented environment.
Demonstrate the company’s core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork.
Ability to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages typically weighing 25–50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
Pass the required drug screen where applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam.

Nice To Haves

Possess a current, full, valid driver’s license issued in the country where the job is located, including completion of any applicable graduated license program, and meet driving record requirements to use a company vehicle as needed.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer requests and coordinate resources.
Manage inventory.
Place and fulfill orders.
Receive and ship inventory.
Execute inventory fulfillment within the customer facility.
Source and quote new and existing products.
Participate in continuous improvement activities and implement new business processes.
Report and demonstrate to the customer the value of supply chain management activities.
