About The Position

As a Customer Supply Chain Analyst, you’ll be part of our Americas Supply Chain team as a hybrid employee (3 days at the office per week). In this role you’ll get to maintain Customer Scorecards to achieve KPIs (OTIF, SL, Compliance), maximize Order to Cash by progressing to “Down in a Day” Order Management and achieving weekly 95% Drop to Target cycle times, create and document SOPs, and be responsible for tracking and reporting Supply Chain Customer Compliance and developing processes and business model to mitigate compliance fines.

Requirements

  • Solid computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, SAP, Excel, Business Warehouse).
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal required
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Ability to analyze and problem- solve.
  • Time Management.

Nice To Haves

  • BA/BS Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations Mgt, or related experience preferred.
  • 3-5 years Customer Operations, Supply Chain experience preferred.
