About the position
The AUTOproff team is seeking a Customer Success & Support Specialist to provide quality used cars to the Belgian and Luxembourg B2B market with the lowest commissions in Europe. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for AUTOproff Belgium and Luxembourg, providing excellent customer service and solutions to client problems. Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is required, as well as experience in customer-facing roles. The role offers a fixed salary, company car and fuel card, meal vouchers, an Apple MacBook and iPhone, and training opportunities in Denmark and the Benelux region.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for AUTOproff Belgium and Luxembourg, providing excellent customer service over the phone
- Assist customers and find solutions to their problems
- Work with a customer relationship management (CRM) system, as well as Outlook, Word, Excel, and the AUTOproff platform
- Passionately engage with customers and communicate effectively
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Fluently speak Dutch and French, with a good knowledge of English
- Attend training sessions at the company's headquarters in Denmark and with the Benelux team

Requirements

- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
