Customer Success & Support Specialist (M/V/X)

This job is for a candidate who wants to be part of a team that provides quality used cars to the Belgian and Luxembourg B2B market. The team is part of the fastest growing C2B2B platform in Europe and consists of over 120 colleagues from more than 10 countries. The main responsibility of this role is to be the first point of contact for AUTOproff Belgium and Luxembourg, handling customer inquiries and finding solutions to problems. The ideal candidate should have a passion for customer contact, be comfortable working independently or in a team, and have fluency in Dutch, French, and English. • Being the first point of contact for AUTOproff Belgium and Luxembourg, providing customer support and finding solutions to problems
• Handling phone calls and maintaining a positive and friendly attitude towards customers
• Working with a CRM system and being proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and the AUTOproff platform
• Having a passion for customer contact and knowing how to effectively communicate with people
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; dedication and enthusiasm are more important
• Being able to work independently as well as in a team
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
