The Customer Success Specialist – Billing Operations provides exceptional service to both internal and external customers while supporting the day‑to‑day success of our Billing Operations and Accounts Receivable functions. Working closely with the Customer Success Lead – AR & Billing Operations, you’ll manage billing setups, invoicing, payment processing, and account follow‑ups, while serving as a subject matter expert for US billing processes. You’ll collaborate cross‑functionally with Customer Experience (CX), Finance, Legal, and global stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a seamless partner experience.
