- Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and events to promote its practices
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling services
Requirements
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and support
- Adept at resolving issues, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience with technology companies is a plus
- Ability to comprehend customer needs and articulate them to tech managers and engineers
- Ability to contribute to defining solutions from a business perspective
- Capable of representing the company in meetings, conferences, and events
- Aptitude for identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upselling services
