About the position

Join SOUTHWORKS and help shape the future of tech as a Customer Success Specialist in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. As the liaison for major brands, scale-ups, and industry leaders, you will set new standards for high-quality projects and assist clients in overcoming complex technical issues. With a focus on providing excellent customer service and support, you will work alongside skilled individuals to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the company's business expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in business expansion by working as a Customer Success Specialist
  • Liaise with clients to set new standards for high-quality, high-profile projects
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and skilled individuals to help clients overcome complex technical issues
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Resolve issues and address inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Requirements

    • Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and support
    • Adept at resolving issues, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Prior experience with technology companies is a plus
    • Ability to comprehend customer needs and articulate them to tech managers and engineers
    • Ability to contribute to defining solutions from a business perspective
    • Capable of representing the company in meetings, conferences, and events
    • Aptitude for identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upselling services
