Under the direction of the Implementation Manager, the Customer Success Operations Intern will support the Customer Success and Implementation teams by ensuring data accuracy, system consistency, and operational readiness across Service Cloud, Salesforce, and monday.com. This role will gain hands-on experience supporting customer implementations, maintaining system data integrity, and enabling smooth transitions across projects.

Requirements

  • Current active student status and enrollment toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field, or active enrollment in a similarly related professional certification or degree program
  • Familiarity and willingness to learn CRM systems such as Salesforce and Service Cloud
  • Familiarity and willingness to learn project management tools such as monday.com
  • Ability to prioritize and complete deliverable items across multiple projects
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to maintain discretion when handling proprietary and confidential information
  • Enthusiasm for learning and expanding knowledge or skills
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, collaboration and team orientation
  • Ability to work in-office on a hybrid basis as required

Responsibilities

  • Support data quality and consistency between Service Cloud and monday.com
  • Update and maintain service contact records within Service Cloud
  • Assist with transferring and organizing contract documentation within Salesforce
  • Ensure Knowledge Base (KB) articles are accurate, up to date, and successfully migrated from OneNote
  • Partner closely with Implementation Managers to ensure appropriate tasks, templates, and project details are carried from project to project within monday.com
  • Support setup, maintenance, and ongoing operational updates within monday.com as part of the implementation lifecycle
  • Assist with documentation and process improvements related to Customer Success operations
  • Perform additional duties or tasks as assigned
