We are seeking a Customer Success Strategy & Business Operations Intern to join us for 10 weeks during summer of 2026. This intern will support strategic and operational work within athenahealth’s Customer Success organization. The role will provide exposure to high-priority divisional initiatives, including work related to AI transformation, strategic planning, business operations, and customer performance. This internship is designed for someone who is curious, eager to learn, comfortable with ambiguity, and excited by the opportunity to contribute to strategy and business operations work in a dynamic healthcare technology environment. The role offers the opportunity to learn how a large Customer Success organization sets strategy, measures progress, drives operational rigor, and evaluates opportunities to use AI and emerging technology to improve both customer and employee experiences. The intern may also have exposure to senior leaders through project work, readouts, and divisional planning activities.
