Customer Success Manager
About The Position
As a member of Twitch’s Revenue team, the Customer Success Manager uses industry and product knowledge, along with digital advertising experience, to help grow Twitch Advertising revenue. This detail-oriented, client-service-focused role supports Twitch’s influencer marketing products and works closely with product and business development teams. The position is a key part of a growing team responsible for meeting business objectives and providing high-quality client service. The ideal candidate has experience in client management, media planning, and campaign operations. The role can be based in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, or New York.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of online media or media-planning experience.
- Experience helping clients execute media campaigns.
- Excellent written, presentation, and oral communication skills.
- Excellent collaboration skills.
- Ability to proactively troubleshoot and solve problems quickly using the appropriate escalation process.
- Ability to work well with others in a high-energy environment with minimal supervision.
- Experience and comfort working with technical product teams.
Nice To Haves
- Work experience in online media.
- Previous agency experience.
Responsibilities
- Work with the finance team on client approvals and revenue recognition.
- Own the pre-sale media-planning process and internal insertion orders (IOs).
- Serve as the client-facing point of contact to support smooth campaign execution and delivery.
- Guide clients through internal purchasing tools.
- Provide high-quality service to internal clients as a key contact for media plans and campaign operations.
- Manage custom programs and sponsorships with internal departments, and lead custom-content campaigns to ensure assets are distributed and delivered.
- Kick off campaigns with clients and manage timelines, assets, and optimization opportunities.
- Assist with pre-sale pipeline management, reporting, and opportunity accuracy.
- Work with Campaign Operations to troubleshoot live campaigns.
- Maintain current knowledge of Twitch site features and products.
