About The Position

Precoro is an innovative AI-powered procurement centralization & automation B2B SaaS platform, helping companies eliminate manual tasks and control purchasing activities across all subsidiaries. With over 1,000 customers in more than 80 countries, Precoro has proven its ability to create real business value and deliver substantial cost savings. We are expanding our Customer Success team and looking for a Customer Success Manager to drive long-term value, build trust-based relationships, and foster a culture of customer advocacy across our North American B2B accounts. The main purpose of this role is to proactively help clients achieve their business goals using Precoro. As a strategic post-go-live partner, you will ensure high customer satisfaction, maximize retention, drive portfolio expansion, and turn our clients into active brand advocates.

Requirements

  • Past track record in Customer Success, Account Management within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Excellent English skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation abilities and the capacity to engage in smooth, confident small talk with US clients.
  • Understanding that Customer Success is a growth-driver (not just technical support) and being comfortable discussing monetary aspects, price adjustments, and upsells.
  • Process-oriented thinker capable of finding creative workarounds in complex customer setups.
  • Ability to handle uncomfortable client conversations, take full ownership of results, and thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

  • Experience working with North American / US clients.
  • General understanding of how B2B Sales and Marketing functions operate.

Responsibilities

  • Own and nurture a portfolio of North American B2B accounts post-go-live.
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs/QBRs), develop Joint Success Plans, and handle contract renewal and expansion conversations.
  • Continuously track product usage and health metrics, proactively identifying and mitigating churn risks.
  • Consult clients on core procurement use cases, conduct refresher trainings for key users, and guide them through new product adoption, modules, and strategic integrations.
  • Confidently navigate discussions around pricing, contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Capture structured feedback, market insights, and product requirements to share with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Engage satisfied customers in building case studies, leaving platform reviews (G2, QBO, etc.), and providing referrals.
