About the position
As a Customer Success Manager at Brex, your main responsibility will be to support a book of customers and ensure they are able to achieve their business goals with Brex. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Your role will involve monitoring customer accounts, developing trusted relationships, advocating for the customer within the company, and driving product adoption.
Responsibilities
- Have complete knowledge of the status of the customer.
- Monitor the account through cases, account health triggers, and other ongoing, customized alerts.
- Develop trusted relationships with customers to ensure they are engaged, happy, and referenceable.
- Ensure customers have a sufficient credit limit.
- Be the advocate for the customer across Brex.
- Own product adoption.
Requirements
