Customer Success Manager

Dynamic Yield, by Mastercard, is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager for the QSR vertical. This strategic role requires a deep understanding of technical data, strong customer relationship-building skills, and the ability to match product capabilities to customers' business needs. The Customer Success Manager will distill complex data into actionable information, collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders, and deliver projects on-time and on-budget. Additionally, this role involves complex relationship building with enterprise QSR clients and evangelizing the adoption of Dynamic Yield products.

• Use information and data to build a narrative
• Drive project planning, governance, and onboarding
• Coordinate tasks with data analysts, engineering, and product development teams
• Deliver projects on-time and on-budget
• Communicate project status and issues internally
• Manage risk and client value realization
• Evangelize the adoption of Dynamic Yield products
• Achieve a high degree of customer satisfaction
• Present to C-level executives as a vendor representative
• Manipulate, analyze, and interpret data
• Excel/Google Sheets expertise
• Familiarity with project management software
• Multitask, prioritize, and handle issues/escalations under pressure
• Work independently or with cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English
• Tableau, SQL, and/or data analysis experience (advantage)
• Global travel required

• Utilize program management skills for project planning, governance, and onboarding
• Partner with data analysts, engineering, and product development teams to produce business value
• Deliver projects on-time and on-budget while resolving issues and serving as the primary point of contact for clients
• Communicate project status and issues internally across multiple organizational levels
• Own outcomes including risk management and client value realization
• Evangelize the adoption of Dynamic Yield products and achieve high customer satisfaction
• 3-5 years of customer success/services/consulting experience, preferably with enterprise customers
• At least 2 years of experience presenting to C-level executives
• Prior project management or customer success experience, preferably at a SaaS company dealing with large and/or enterprise customers
• Expertise in Personalization, Optimization, A/B Testing, CRO, CRM, Recommendations, or Segmentation
• Ability to understand complex technology and explain it simply
• Ability to manipulate, analyze, and interpret data
• Expert level in Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience or familiarity with project management software
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle issues/escalations under pressure
• Ability to work independently or with cross-functional teams at multiple organizational levels
• Must be fluent in English
• Tableau (or other BI tool), SQL, and/or data analysis experience is an advantage
• Global travel is required
• Base Salary: $100-115K
