About The Position

The Customer Success Executive (CSE) Direct role is a position that will execute on specific, defined objectives to exceed customer expectations and augment primary selling activities in the areas of account adoption, retention, and expansion at the facility level, including supporting projects related to the Customer success Plan.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree/equivalent or four (4) years of business-to-business sales experience or two (2) years of the Company's business-to-business sales experience required.
  • Ability to travel overnight as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Overnight travel is required to meet with customers in a face-to-face environment.

Responsibilities

  • Foster outstanding customer relationships by providing input to business reviews, project managing solutions, exhibiting outstanding communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Leverage tools and dashboards to understand the customer’s business and supply chain to analyze customer needs to engage internal partners to develop and implement solutions.
  • Penetrate the customer’s organization to develop an understanding of the customer’s business and supply chain post sale needs to enhance customer experience and deliver quantified value.
  • Monitors and takes appropriate action to drive customer expansion.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
