About The Position

Aon Affinity is seeking a Customer Success Advisor to impact the growth of our company and help redefine how companies take care of insurance online. The Client Service Advisor will focus on retaining, renewing, and growing existing accounts within our CoverWallet HealthCare program. This is a hybrid position, working out of our Fort Washington, PA office. At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world. Requirements

  • Service / call center experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Consistent track record of delivering on customer success and account growth goals
  • Ability to balance multiple requests with close attention to detail.
  • Love of technology and learning new systems

Nice To Haves

  • P&C license preferred. Will be required to acquire within three months of hire date.
