About the position
This role is with Impact, a global leader in Partnership Automation. They are looking for someone to join their team who is passionate about delivering great customer experience and has experience in a customer-facing role. The main responsibilities include providing support via live chat, tickets, and screen share sessions, becoming a product expert, collaborating with product and engineering to solve customer problems, and contributing to cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent writing and communication skills, be a team player, and have superb troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
- Being an active member of a global team that provides support via live chat, tickets, and one-on-one screen share sessions
- Becoming a product expert
- Augmenting any other customer-facing team as needed
- Liaising with product and engineering to solve recurring customer problems
- Collaborating and contributing to improve internal and customer-facing knowledge base
- Leading or contributing to cross-functional strategic projects to drive efficiencies internally or to elevate customer experience
- Passionate about delivering great customer experience
- Experience working primarily in a customer-facing role, including support and training
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Being an independent contributor and a team player contributing to the overall success of the team
- Curiosity and the desire to learn
- Superb troubleshooting skills that help in breaking down big problems into manageable pieces with elegant solutions.
