We are seeking a Customer Solutions Coordinator based in the Miami / Ft. Lauderdale area to support our growing Multi-Housing and Hospitality segments. This role plays a critical part in bridging sales and execution—ensuring a seamless, high-quality customer experience from initial quote through installation and beyond. This is a remote, field-based position with regular travel throughout Florida and the Southeast region.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience in sales support, customer-facing roles, hospitality, construction coordination, or similar
• Strong organization, communication, and follow-through skills
• Comfort working on-site with customers and cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel regularly within Florida and the Southeast region
• Must be based in Florida (Miami / Ft. Lauderdale area preferred)

Responsibilities

• Partner with Field Sales Reps to support active opportunities and existing accounts
• Help move deals forward through coordination, follow-ups, and customer communication
• Assist with basic design coordination, quoting, and order readiness
• Support on-site installation follow-up and act as a customer-facing point of contact
• Conduct post-install walk-throughs and basic product training with customers
• Identify and escalate issues early to ensure a smooth customer experience
