About The Position

Fastenal is hiring an entry-level, part-time Customer Site Warehouse Support team member to facilitate product movement at a customer site. The position is based at the Fastenal branch at 320 E Interstate 20, Odessa, TX 79766. The role involves handling and moving products, preparing shipments, and maintaining an orderly work area while following health, safety, and sustainability expectations. A flexible schedule may be available after onboarding and training and upon meeting performance goals.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old due to the nature of the work.
Have a current, full, valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located, including completion of any applicable graduated licensing program, and meet driving record requirements to use a company vehicle as needed.
Be able to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Be willing to work a flexible schedule and extra time as needed.
Demonstrate ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork.
Be able to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages typically weighing 25–50 lbs and up to 75 lbs.
Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam only).

Nice To Haves

Prior warehouse experience.
Prior experience operating a forklift.

Responsibilities

Operate computer programs and wireless handheld devices.
Move and handle products accurately.
Audit and prepare outgoing shipments to customer facilities.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area.

Participate in activities and programs that support the company's health, safety, and sustainability objectives.
Learn, pass, and practice environmental health and safety trainings.
