About The Position

Fastenal is hiring a full-time, entry-level Customer Site Warehouse Support employee to facilitate the movement of product through a customer site. The position is based at the branch at 42 Gateway Dr, Plattsburgh, NY 12901. A flexible schedule may be available after onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals. The listed shift is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The role involves operating computer programs and wireless handheld devices; accurately moving and handling product; auditing and preparing outgoing shipments to customer facilities; maintaining a clean and organized work area; and complying with health, safety, and sustainability expectations. Employees also participate in activities and programs supporting company objectives and complete required environmental health and safety training. The position requires handling packages typically weighing 25–50 pounds and potentially up to 75 pounds. The pay range is $33,000–$48,000. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Possess a current, full, valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located and meet driving record requirements to use a company vehicle as needed.
Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Be willing to work a flexible schedule and extra time as needed.

Lift, slide, carry, and lower packages typically weighing 25–50 pounds and potentially up to 75 pounds.
Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam only).
