We are seeking a Part Time Customer Service Representative to join our team at IST Management Services in Irvine, CA! Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in mail operations, customer service and a desire to grow their professional career in business services. Requirements

  • Relevant experience in mail operations, customer service and computers.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills; Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively; Ability to meet employer's attendance policy.
  • Lifting up to 55 pounds.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior mail or shipping/receiving experience is a plus.
  • College Degree is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

Responsibilities

  • Package and mail delivery in a campus environment.
  • Sort incoming mail and handle according to established procedures.
  • Sort, tag and deliver incoming packages.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures.
  • Take direction from the site manager and assistant site manager.
  • Participate in cross-training.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned to uphold client and site needs.

Benefits

  • Hourly Compensation: $17.00 to $17.00 per hour
