Provides quality service to internal and external members in-person and over the telephone. Performs all duties assigned to the teller and member services areas according to established policies and procedures. Essential Job Functions include maintaining knowledge of credit union products/services, performing teller duties, processing mail, training/mentoring employees, balancing daily, troubleshooting equipment, preparing reports, and performing member service related duties such as opening/closing accounts, processing loan applications, and handling wire transfers. The role also involves teller duties like balancing cash drawers, processing deposits and withdrawals, and maintaining lobby brochures. Workplace expectations include providing prompt and courteous service, conducting work safely, maintaining knowledge of credit union policies, performing as part of a team, and adhering to security procedures.
