About The Position

The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, in-office role responsible for managing inbound customer communication, scheduling, administrative support, and customer follow-up. This position reports to the Office Manager and plays a key role in delivering a 5-star customer experience.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience required
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments
  • Greet walk-in customers and provide front-desk support
  • Assist with club memberships, warranties, and quality control processes
  • Handle customer follow-up, open estimates, and service bookings
  • Assist with parts and warranty administration
  • Participate in on-call customer service and dispatch rotation
