This full-time position is responsible for administering drug testing and installing, managing, and maintaining electronic monitoring devices, including alcohol and location monitoring. The candidate will have a primary duty in either drug testing or electronic monitoring installation but must be willing to accept assignments in the other area as needed, on a daily, weekly, ad hoc, or rotating basis as directed by management. Responsibilities include meeting with clients for installations, removals, and maintenance, scheduling appointments, managing daily communications and equipment alerts, creating customer accounts, tracking participants, processing payments, and delivering reports to supervising agencies. The role also involves administering urine analysis samples according to protocol and chain of custody procedures, with on-the-job training provided.
