About The Position
The Customer Services Advisor delivers customer service and a range of fitting services at Halfords, including fitting car parts and technology, building cycles, and servicing cycles. The role involves working on customers’ vehicles in the car park and on bikes in-store, helping customers and providing a high standard of service. Training is provided to develop the practical and customer-service skills needed for the role.
Requirements
- Experience delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
- A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.

- Some knowledge and skills in car parts fitting and cycle repair.
- Some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
