About The Position

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least one year of relevant experience in recruiting, career services, sales, or a related field.
Strong communication skills, including comfort speaking to groups and on the phone.
Ability to build relationships and connect with people.
Organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new technology platforms.
Goal-oriented approach and a track record of meeting performance targets.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one career coaching and job-search assistance to students and graduates.
Deliver workshops on resume writing, interviewing, and professional development.
Build and maintain relationships with local employers to identify job opportunities.
Develop a pipeline of qualified job opportunities aligned with graduates’ skills and training.
Coordinate job fairs, employer visits, and on-campus recruiting events.
Track graduate employment outcomes and maintain contact until successful placement.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with accreditation standards.
