About The Position

Lincoln Tech is seeking a Career Services Advisor in Marietta, Georgia, to help students and graduates launch careers in their chosen fields. The advisor serves as a link between education and employment by coaching job seekers, building relationships with local employers, and creating employment opportunities. The role works directly with students and recent graduates to prepare them for the job market while developing a network of employer partners with open positions. Success depends on connecting qualified candidates with suitable opportunities. Lincoln Tech has been a provider of career training for 80 years, with programs in Healthcare, Automotive/Diesel, Skilled Trades, and Information Technology. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in recruiting, career services, sales, or a related field.
Strong communication skills, including comfort speaking to groups and communicating by phone.
Relationship-building skills and enjoyment of connecting people.
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new technology platforms.
Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting performance targets.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one career coaching and job search assistance to students and graduates.
Deliver workshops on resume writing, interviewing, and professional development.
Build and maintain relationships with local employers to identify job opportunities.
Develop a pipeline of qualified job opportunities aligned with graduate skills and training.
Coordinate job fairs, employer visits, and on-campus recruiting events.
Track graduate employment outcomes and maintain contact until successful placement.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with accreditation standards.
