Responsible for new member sales and a positive member experience. This role involves greeting and meeting potential members, providing a great customer experience, and handling all front desk related tasks. This includes answering information calls, checking members in, signing up new members, giving tours to potential members, and making necessary changes to member accounts. The position also requires facilitating member services issues and questions, forwarding them to the Club Manager/Assistant Manager as needed, and helping to maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club. The shift expectations include 4 8-hour shifts, with a minimum of 1 hour dedicated to deep cleaning and 1 hour for continued training. The remainder of the shift will focus on the essential duties and responsibilities.
