Responsible for new member sales and a positive member experience. This role involves greeting and meeting potential members, providing an excellent customer experience, and handling all front desk tasks. This includes managing information calls, checking members in, signing up new members, conducting tours for potential members, and making necessary account changes. The position also requires facilitating member services issues and questions, forwarding them to the Club Manager/Assistant Manager as needed, and helping to maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club. Shift expectations include 4 8-hour shifts with a minimum of 1 hour dedicated to deep cleaning and 1 hour to continued training.
