Responsible for new member sales and a positive member experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include greeting and meeting potential members, providing a great customer experience, handling all front desk related tasks such as info calls, checking members in, signing up new members, taking potential members on tours, and having the ability to handle any changes needed to be made to a member's account. The role also involves facilitating member services issues and questions and forwarding them to the Club Manager/Assistant Manager as needed, and helping maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club. Shift expectations include a minimum of 1 hour for deep cleaning and a minimum of 1 hour for continued training, with the full shift dedicated to essential duties and responsibilities.
