Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CSR and/or administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Background or knowledge in our industry not required but preferred

Responsibilities

  • Be part of Front of House/Sales Team and assist with customers via phone calls, emails or walk-ins.
  • Write up estimates, orders and engage with client communication
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making processes.
  • Assist in managing projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Build relationships with employees to further support them over time.
