Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Strong understanding of LAN/WAN architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with VPN technologies, including Cisco VPN and comparable client solutions.
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service and end‑user support.
  • System administration experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, telephony, and video conferencing equipment.
  • Skilled in using enterprise ticketing and incident‑management systems.
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated adherence to exceptional security practices.
  • Experience supporting specialized systems such as FSA3 and FiCE.
  • Certification as a Data Transfer Officer.
  • Certification as a Krypto Handling Technician.
  • Training or experience supporting special “Back Room” operational requirements.
  • Advanced training in FSA3 and FiCE architectures, including associated troubleshooting procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve network issues.
  • Deliver technical support across diverse systems and environments.
  • Deploy, configure, and validate hardware and software components.
  • Support and maintain Windows OS environments.
  • Support and maintain Linux OS environments.
  • Handle Restricted Handling (RH) data.
  • Support specialized systems such as FSA3 and FiCE.
  • Act as a Data Transfer Officer.
  • Act as a Krypto Handling Technician.
  • Support special “Back Room” operational requirements.
  • Troubleshoot FSA3 and FiCE architectures.
