Requirements

  • Facilitate and participate in meetings and information sessions; coordinate project schedules; create/distribute minutes and action items; trace action items for successful completion
  • Demonstrated experience with JIRA.
  • Demonstrated experience with Confluence.
  • Assist in assessing, documenting, and tracking new program requirements and follow-on technical exchange meetings (TEMs)
  • Compose and edit technical documents including user’s manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports
  • Plan and coordinate program management process activities such as Program Reviews and Control Gate Reviews including scheduling of meetings and preparation of briefings/presentations
  • Provide support such as technical writing and technical editing, integration of various sources into a cohesive product; preparation of graphical and narrative presentation material
  • Monitor progress and performance and assist teams to make improvements.
  • Support Sponsor program team and assist in preparation of requirement documentation, management plans and reports
  • Assist the portal team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices to deliver high quality products and services to customer.
  • BA/BS in Information Technology or related field
  • 10+ years of related experience
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph Security Clearance
