About The Position

Concord Coach Lines is seeking a reliable, people-oriented person who enjoys helping customers and takes pride in their job. We are currently seeking applicants for a permanent position on our team of Customer Service Representatives for our Concord NH location. Primary responsibilities are to provide exceptional customer service to our travelers on the phone and in person, as well as the general daily operations of the terminal. This includes the ability to swiftly and correctly complete transactions with our Windows-based ticketing computers, and light cleaning duties to keep the terminal sparkling. Team work and great communications skills are a must. The open position is for a part-time, year-round ticket agent / customer service representative. This position varies 3-4 days per week for 20-25 hours total (depending on availability). Shift varies during our business hours of 4:30 AM - 8 PM. Weekend and holiday availability is required. Flexibility is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service through strong communication with both passengers and co-workers, in-person and over the phone.
  • Comfortable working independently and sometimes alone during your shift.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers relating to schedules, pricing and policies.
  • Processing of tickets using our ticketing system and/or online ticketing software in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Able to work independently and to multitask as needed.
  • Frequently called upon to talk to customers, process tickets and adhere to tight schedules.
  • Work closely with Drivers to quickly resolve passenger issues.
  • Frequent attention to the cleanliness of the facility and outside surrounding areas.
  • Cash handling skills as well as an accurate and timely cash out at end of shift.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance, and comply with all company policies and procedures.
