About The Position

As a part-time Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first friendly person to greet clients and assist them with their banking needs. The role provides insight into banking, insurance, and wealth management as a foundation for a career in financial services. You will work face-to-face with clients at a branch, manage a cash drawer, assist clients and team members, uncover client needs, and educate clients on German American products and services. You will verify account information, perform loan and deposit transactions, and guide clients through friendly, meaningful conversations. The role requires maintaining confidentiality, listening closely to understand clients, and identifying opportunities to better serve them and build long-lasting relationships. Training will be provided for other aspects of the role.
