Customer Service Specialist/Bar Coordinator
About The Position
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will answer inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner You will make outbound calls for issue resolution, customer follow-up, and communication You will interact with multiple business locations to ensure that customer needs are met in a timely and accurate manner, and that all location-specific policies and procedures are followed You will serve as a customer service liaison, communicating with each Business Unit to provide information for daily business functions You will provide a high level of customer service in accordance with each customer's issue or request As a Bar Coordinator, you will be responsible for Tiger Joe’s Pub including bartending, bar appearance, rotating product, creating cocktails, event planning, and cleaning. You will be responsible for coordinating bartending coverage and service as needed in a professional and courteous manner. Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with 1 to 2 plus years of related experience
- Offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
