About The Position

HANSONS is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Troy, MI, to manage post-project service for existing customers. This full-time role involves communicating with customers, handling service requests, and scheduling technicians for window, roofing, siding, and gutter services. Training on products and processes will be provided, making prior home improvement experience unnecessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of professional work experience
• Customer service or call center experience
• Basic computer skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Answering and responding to customer service requests
• Monitoring service tickets and following up with customers
• Scheduling service technicians and appointments
• Coordinating technician schedules by geographic area
• Keeping customers updated on the status of their service
• Helping resolve customer questions and concerns
• Assisting customers who contact or visit the office
• Learning our windows, roofing, siding and gutter products so you can better assist customers
