About The Position

Staffing Solutions Organization LLC (SSO), an affiliate of Public Consulting Group LLC (PCG), is focused on delighting clients with world-class managed staffing and talent consulting services. SSO is committed to a diverse workforce, which is a reflection of our clients and the people they serve. This role supports applicants and active providers for home and community-based waiver services and provides education and resources regarding provider requirements. This position works closely with the supervisor, enrollment team, and compliance review scheduling.

Requirements

  • Strong organization and attention to detail and accuracy; able to manage calls efficiently and demonstrate strong customer service skills, while meeting established handle time goals for calls.
  • Clear written and verbal communication; provide clear instructions on documents, requirements, and next steps.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating closely with a remote team.
  • Use project systems and standard tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) to access resources and complete job duties. Comfortable learning new systems and processes.
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • a minimum of two years paid experience working with critical care providers, public health providers, or providers that care for children, older adults, persons with traumatic brain injury, or persons with developmental disabilities.
  • One year of the experience must have included provider monitoring, Medicaid or third-party payer provider billing, or provider training.
  • One year of the experience must have been in a home health program, community health program, hospital, private practice, publicly funded institution, long-term care program, mental health program, community-based social service program, or any other program addressing the needs of special populations.
  • 36 months of paid experience working with providers (alternative to Bachelor’s and 2 years’ paid experience)
  • Working with critical care providers, public health providers, or providers that care for children, older adults, persons with traumatic brain injury, or persons with developmental disabilities.
  • One year of the experience must have included provider monitoring, Medicaid or third-party payer provider billing, or provider training.
  • One year of the experience must have been in a home health program, community health program, hospital, private practice, publicly funded institution, long-term care program, mental health program, community-based social service program, or any other program addressing the needs of special populations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years’ paid experience working with providers is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls, messages, and email from applicants and providers.
  • Coordinate with the project management team to refer questions not related to HCBS to the appropriate department or team.
  • Commitment to customer service.
  • Enter contact notes with a clear, concise summary of the interaction or communication.
  • Outreach by phone and email to assist with completing and submitting the application.
  • Inform applicants and providers of resources and tools to assist with the application process.
  • Reply to email requests from providers and applicants.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
