Requirements
- Proven experience managing high-volume call traffic in a professional environment.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and helpful under pressure.
- Someone who doesn't just read a script but looks for the best outcome for the customer.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Inside Sales or a "consultative sales" environment is a major plus.
Responsibilities
