About The Position

A sporting goods Pro Shop retailer located in the Snoqualmie Ice Rink is seeking a part-time employee for evening and weekend work. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service to current and potential customers, fitting customers with hockey and figure skating equipment, and working with ownership and the team to deliver a great customer experience. The employee should be able to work independently and contribute to a positive, productive, and passionate work environment.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of retail experience.
• Enthusiasm and passion for sporting goods.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Disciplined and focused on results and operational excellence.
• Proactive approach to initiating and completing tasks without necessary supervision.
• Basic computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• Hockey or figure skating knowledge or experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable service on products and work with co-workers to deliver an excellent sales and service experience.
• Fit customers with hockey and figure skating equipment and gear.
• Follow operational procedures and expectations and take personal accountability for them.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly personal and shop productivity goals.
