Customer Service & Sales Attendant (Outdoor)
About The Position
Blue Iguana Car Wash is hiring a friendly, dependable Customer Service & Sales Attendant to help create an exceptional experience for every customer in a positive, team-oriented environment. The role involves assisting customers with wash package choices, maintaining a clean and safe property, and helping ensure a fast, enjoyable visit. Attendants work outdoors and can earn commission by providing outstanding service and recommending suitable wash options. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided; prior car wash experience is not required. The position is available at six Springfield locations: 1640 E. Sunshine, 4304 S. Fremont, 1137 W. Kearney, 3155 S. Campbell, 2118 E. Kearney, and 3316 W. Chestnut Expressway. Hours of operation are Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM–8:00 PM, and Sunday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM. The locations are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Able to stand and walk for an entire shift.
- Comfortable performing hands-on work outdoors.
- Friendly and personable, reliable and punctual, honest and hardworking, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and a team player.
- Willing to work weekends; Sunday availability is a plus.
- Motivated to learn and grow.

- Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
