Auto Glass Now is seeking a Customer Service & Retail Front Desk Associate for Store#13. This role is open to both experienced individuals and entry-level candidates. Auto Glass Now, a division of Driven Brands, is looking for energetic team members to join their growing team. They offer fast, friendly, and convenient auto glass services and are the second largest auto glass repairer in America. The company emphasizes career growth, with many management positions filled by entry-level hires. This is an opportunity to showcase your skills and join a team of Customer Service Representatives and Front Desk Associates. Paid training is available for those without prior experience, covering professional explanations of the auto glass repair process, responding to customer inquiries, and managing billing invoices.

Requirements

  • Must have a positive attitude and customer service mindset
  • Must have basic computer skills
  • Must have strong communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive industry experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency
  • Prior phone or call center experience

Responsibilities

  • Intake and assist walk-ins, appointments, and returning customers
  • Create estimates, price quotes, and invoices for auto work
  • Answer phones and return customer calls
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Assist Manager with daily parts returns
  • Ensure accuracy when ordering parts
  • Input documentation on all calls and follow-up with callers as needed
  • Confirm all mobile jobs parts and materials before dispatching drivers
  • Open new accounts and service existing accounts
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
