Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills and a natural problem-solver mindset
  • Ability to stay organized and detail-focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort working with systems (Microsoft Office, ERP/CRM, or similar tools)
  • A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in where needed

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturing or industrial experience
  • Order entry or ERP system experience
  • Exposure to technical products or drawings

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer orders from start to finish—ensuring accuracy, speed, and satisfaction
  • Be the go-to contact for customer questions, updates, and problem-solving
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer expectations and deadlines
  • Keep customers informed and build strong, lasting relationships
  • Help ensure materials, scheduling, and production needs align with customer demand
