About The Position

notifyMD is seeking resilient, compassionate, and professional individuals to join their fast-paced, high-volume call center team. This is a full-time, remote position for residents of South Carolina. The role involves operating as a vital communication hub for diverse companies, serving callers 24/7. It is a demanding position requiring focus, speed, and precision, with a "call after call" environment that requires professionals who thrive under pressure and understand the demands of true customer service.

Requirements

  • Must be a full-time remote resident of South Carolina.
  • Must provide own equipment meeting specifications during new hire period (Windows 11 or higher, wired Ethernet internet connection, professional grade wired headset with microphone, minimum screen resolution of 1600x900).
  • Chromebooks, Apple/Mac products, and tablets are not compatible.
  • Wi-Fi connections are strictly prohibited.
  • Ability to type at least 30 WPM.
  • Must be available to work one weekend day per week.
  • Must be available to work holidays.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable with technology.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality service under pressure.

Nice To Haves

  • Two monitors are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound calls for various companies.
  • Switch between different protocols, data entry requirements, and specific scripting for each client.
  • Deliver an empathetic, polite, and professional demeanor on every call.
  • Maintain excellent grammar and clear, articulate spoken English.
  • Meet KPIs including schedule adherence, average wrap time, and consistent quality assurance (QA) scores.
