About The Position

notifyMD is seeking resilient, compassionate, and professional individuals to join their fast-paced, high-volume call center team. This is a full-time, remote position for residents of North Carolina. The role involves managing inbound calls for various companies, requiring the ability to switch between different protocols, data entry requirements, and specific scripting. Candidates must maintain an empathetic, polite, and professional demeanor, possess excellent grammar, and clear, articulate spoken English. The position is demanding, with a focus on "call after call" requiring focus, speed, and precision, and success is measured by key performance indicators (KPIs) such as schedule adherence, average wrap time, and quality assurance scores.

Requirements

  • Must be a full-time remote resident of North Carolina.
  • Must provide own equipment meeting specifications during new hire period (Windows 11 or higher, wired Ethernet internet connection, professional grade wired headset with microphone, minimum screen resolution of 1600x900).
  • Must be able to type at least 30 WPM.
  • Must have excellent grammar and clear, articulate spoken English.
  • Must be available to work one weekend day per week.
  • Must be available to work holidays.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable with technology.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality service under pressure.

Nice To Haves

  • Two monitors are highly preferred.
