About The Position

Kenwood Dealer Group is seeking Full-Time Customer Service Representatives to join their team in Mason, OH. The position involves being the first point of contact for customers, answering and directing calls for 16 dealership locations, and delivering exceptional customer service to create a positive experience for every caller.
