About The Position

Sutherland is seeking Customer Service/Emergency Services Representatives to support one of their public utility clients. This role involves working with leading technologies and systems, alongside a dedicated team. As the client is a public utility, the support is 24/7, requiring employees to have full availability for various shifts, including at least one weekend day.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Full time availability
  • Driven by solving problems and meeting goals
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Experienced in customer service with strong multi-tasking skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must reside in the Chesapeake, VA area
  • Must have full availability to work various shifts
  • Must be able to work at least one weekend day
