About The Position

Blue Sky Pest Control is hiring full-time Customer Service Representatives. This position works from our main office, located in Gilbert, Arizona. The schedule is Monday-Friday from 7:45 am to 5:05 pm with an hour lunch. Additionally, employees work one half-day on Saturday every 4 weeks on a rotation with the team. Employees have the option to take a half-day off during the week they work a Saturday, or work the Saturday for overtime. Responsibilities

  • Handle most customer communication.
  • Ensure the customer feels heard.

  • Communicate effectively with both customers and team members, proactively addressing questions and concerns (e.g. scheduling service routes, appointment confirmations, payment collection, rescheduling, satisfaction surveys).

  • Find solutions to resolve emerging customer problems.
  • Accurately keep records of interactions and process customer accounts.
  • Be flexible and take on new assignments as business needs change.
