Specialists receive inbound calls and answer questions about 529 plans. If you’re selected, we’ll train you so you can answer with confidence. As a specialist you’ll be making updates to accounts and writing letters to account owners, so you need to have basic computer skills and experience with programs such as Word and Excel. You will also spend time entering data, including working with numbers, so you will need to have a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Because you’ll be talking with account owners or others interested in our plan, you need to have excellent communication skills.
