Requirements

• HVAC Service Technician: 3-5+ years experience, EPA Required
• HVAC Installer: 3-5+ years experience, EPA Required
• Customer Success Representative: Phone etiquette & customer service experience required, in office based role
• Plumbing Service Technician: 3-5+ years' experience
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience
• Drivers License Required

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC services and installations.
• Provide plumbing services.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service via phone.
• Adhere to Red Carpet Service standards.
