About The Position

Circle K is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative for Store 4702214 at 209 W 38th Street, Marion, Indiana 46952. The role offers flexible availability across days, evenings, overnights, and weekends. You will serve customers in a fast-paced store environment, operate the register, make purchase suggestions, and sometimes assist with the food program. You will work in different areas inside and outside the store to maintain its appearance and provide fast, friendly service. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

Requirements

Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Work at a quick pace while contributing to a team and accomplishing daily goals.
Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects by hand, requiring eye-hand coordination; climbing a ladder may be required to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
